because local automation will work only for devices paired with hub, it can't communicate between 2 hubs without cloud (locally) if I understand correctly what you described

@Solla-topee I can confirm that recording FPS is dropping to 10fps when camera is moving, auto tracking/pan tilting.

@Rbuck notifications can't be controlled locally, it has to go through cloud
