ok i can open page with explorer , but my problem is for automaticaly open, when i connected to wifi with phone captive portal page open automatically if internet is on . but when i off then internet...

i config eap-110 and when we connected with my phone or laptop automaticaly open my page that config for captive portal and it opened and work fine when lan connected to modem and internet is on. but...

i setup captive portal and not work when internet is off . and connect with my phone not automaticaly open page . but internet is avalable it work fine...? how i can fix it ?
