Alright, update time! So interruptions were still happening when a PC was connected directly on the Modem using NetUptimeMonitor every hour, on the dot, but there wasn't any sporadic interruptions...

@Joseph-TP Hey Joseph, I tried with a D-Link router and the interruptions were the same. It does seems like the issue is related to the ISP. I'll get in touch with them on Monday to press the issue...
