@Vincent-TP Thank you, I was under the impression that it (serial #) was tied to an Omada account and had to be reset there. Using the factory reset pin released it entirely.

I apparently set up two of these devices at some point in the past (I have 2 sets of these EAP215 bridge kits) just to see how Omada worked and then shoved them back in the box. None of the "usual...
