You should check settings on the Cisco router. WAN IP address on Cisco router page is public or private?

We cannot change channel in the range extender. Its channel will be the same as the main router's.

I just downgraded the firmware (tried both 2013 and 2014 versions ), the speed did improve a little but not too much. The link speed between the router and PC is 1000Mbps after downgrade?
