@internetrocks looking at that last screen shot your ISP router is not in bridge mode and seems to be the router and will be handling your PPPoE connection, in that case change the X20 to access...

On the Deco app, go to wifi settings, then “advanced”, click “security” then choose “none” and then go back to previous screen x2 and click “save”.
