Modifications and Bug Fixes
Bug Fixed
1. Fixed the WPA2 Security (KRACKs) Vulnerability.
2. Fixed the bug in resolving some specific domains when the router works as DNS server.
New Features/Enhancement
1. Added SMBv2 support in the USB sharing.
2. Improved router's performance on the 2.4G wireless network.
Please can TP-LINK make available firmware update for UNiversal version.

Last week, shifted over to the range of Netgear routers.
Purchased the NETGEAR Nighthawk X6 R8000 AC3200 :-)
No longer shall I continue to purchase TP-Link Routers with no support nor updates,
as I'm left out on the cold.

My response from Canadian Support was equally inadequate , when I asked why we didn't have V18xxxx Firmware like the American C7 V2 Router

Some modification has been added to the new firmware version, to make sure the performance and stability, our engineers are doing the careful test on it, so there is a delay post.
