Router TL-WR941HP ver2.0 - Incompatible with Multicast/Chromecast?

I received this router 2 days ago and I'm already having problems with it. I noticed that even with Chromecast connected to my Wi-Fi network, it's not recognized in any supported apps (youtube, hbo go, netflix). It only works if I reboot the router, but if after that I unplug the Chromecast and turn it back on, the problem appears again. This did not happen to me when I used the TL-WR941ND. Do you know what could be wrong?
*The TP-Link Brazil Support Center said that this router is incompatible with the Multicast function, so it doesn't work with Chromecast. That's true?
*I've tried support with Google, but they could not identify the problem.

My router always retuns an ERROR message when I try to update to the beta firmware, regardlees of BR/UN version. Any ideia of how it can be solved?

For the compatible issue between chromecast and 941HP V2, we have made a beta firmware which has passed the test on our lab.
Here is a beta firmware, please try it and see whether it works:

Usei a versão BR e resolveu o problema do meu Chromecast

Didn’t worked for me. I’m using 1 Chromecast 1st gen and 2 Chromecast Ultra in my house. Just upgraded the firmware and now it says “Network Problem. Try rebooting your device, or move closer to tour WiFi router” I’m just about 2 meters from the router! Please help!!

Can you get internet from the TL-WR941HP now?
Have you connected the chromecast devices to the TP-Link network yet? Or they have been connected but no internet access?

Atualizei o roteador com o Firmware que disponibilizaram no link acima, versão para o Brasil, e o roteador finalmente reconhece corretamente o meu Chromecast 2! Antes era uma luta, tendo que reiniciar.Engraçado que algumas vezes só aparecia no meu Ipad, outras somente aparecia no meu telefone android, enfim, era uma dor de cabeça.
Agora está tudo resolvido.Agradeço pela resolução do problema!
