I have five APs controlled by Omada and they are in a group for their settings. At present they have three SSIDs and I wish to add a fourth. However, even though I can fill in all the necessary details, after I click apply nothing happens - the fourth one is not there.

I then deleted one and tried to add it again with the same result - I now have two SSIDs :(

I cannot find any reason for this.Can someone please suggest a solution?

Hello,

You say you have only three SSIDs and you cannot add the fourth.

For Omada Controller, we can set 8 SSIDs at 2.4G frequency and 8 SSIDs at 5G frequency, the total number is 16. We merge the SSID since Controller 3.1.4.

For your issue, what's the version of your Omada Controller? About your SSID, can you upload a picture for it?
