Hardware Version: V6
Firmware Version: 6.0.2

Hello Everybody.

I am new to the load balance stuff but I will try to be clear as much as I can.

I have 2 WAN connections and all what I needed is a device to merge both lines and take care of 2 scenarios

1- when one line drops the 2nd kicks in and stay connected to internet.

2- when line 1 which has a quota of 250GB/month reach its limit and speed drops I need line 2 to kick in and instead to keep the connection speed and bandwidth.

and finaly if I have a 3rd line which is a 4G connection, how can I make this connection on if line 1 and line 2 goes down?

thanks in advance.

@Ramy

For your first demand, In my opinion, The TP-Link Router can meet.

You can configure Link backup function. You can read the FAQ as below:

https://www.tp-link.com/en/support/faq/2133/

But you need to know, the backup line does not work when the main link is working well.

For your second, demand, TP-Link Router does not support this function.

It cannot limit the traffic according to the bandwidth that you have used.
