Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.6.1 Build 20191022 Rel. 41405

Eap 225 outdoor is disconnected  from oc200 controller ,when firmware upgrade to 1.7.0 Build 2020113 Ref. 35383. Led blink green ,red,yellow all time and lan port not working.Please how can i recovery firmware?.Reset button not woking.

If the EAP powers off when it is upgrading a new firmware, this EAP device will be bricked. In this situation, you can contact your retailer to ask for an RMA.

Please check if the EAP can still obtain IP address from the DHCP server, normally if the EAP is bricked, it will be 192.168.0.254 and will not obtain any IP from the DHCP server.

Lan port does not work. Reset button not ok. I think  Eap connect with only serial port.

@jummer79 hi i have the same problem. reset button does not work and it only blinks ( green-orange-green ).

I'm in a similar situation, without warranty but not bricked, want to restore a firmware original, no official solution yet, zero support.
