@kinAA Which router did you buy, and would you recommend it? I am having the same problem you were having.

@kinAA

Hello.
Did anyone get this working with anything less than buying a new router?

I had this Archer TX3000E AX3000 for a few weeks now and seems to be having identical problems as everyone else her.
I'm running it with a D-Link DIR-868L router.
The router sits 3 meters from my computer in the same room.
The router itself has never been any problem with any other devices either.

I notice it most when gaming - It connects fine in both 5 and 2.4 but regardless it drops out maybe after 20-30 minutes, mid-game, losing all stats or progress and I need to manually reconnect most often.
So annoying I might go back to my USB wireless plug, but I hope there will be a fix for this at some point.

@Ruskprick  Hi, after trying everything and involving TP-Link tech support, the issue resolved after a recent driver update. Make sure to update your driver and it might fix for you too.

Better to download from Intel directly https://downloadcenter.intel.com/product/189347/-Wi-Fi-6-AX200

I am having the same issue. every 1-2 hours it will be disconnected. I am connecting to  TP-Link AX50 router and my distance is like 3-4 meter away. every time it disconnect, I will need to reconnect it manually again. I realized it become more frequent if I am playing online games.

Hello all, sorry for respond late.

Is the computer a Windows 10? You can try this latest driver and see if it helps:
https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/30112/Windows-10-Wi-Fi-Drivers-for-Intel-Wireless-Adapters

Please remove all the drivers for this adapter on the computer, install the above driver manually: https://www.tp-link.com/support/faq/920/.

BTW, you may run a Wi-Fi analyzer on the PC to verify which channel is busy and which is clear for the 5G and 2.4G network, then choose a clear channel on the router, change the 2.4G channel width to 20MHz, and 5G to 40MHz on the AX50, then reboot both the router and the PC to confirm.
