I am contacting you because I have a problem with the EAP 225 due to the change of modem.
As long as I kept the TIM modem, the EAP 225 connected correctly to the controller (https://omada.tplinkcloud.com/)
After changing the TIM modem with a Fritz 7590 box, I can no longer connect via the cloud (AP).
Attection: the cloud (https://omada.tplinkcloud.com) sees it online, what remains disconnected is the AP into (https://omada.tplinkcloud.com/omada) and into mobile APP 

I did the reverse test and the AP reconnects

The wifi from the EAP works properly but I don't understand what the cloud needs to be able to access the EAP.

Basically it tells me "Disconnected" both via internet and from the APP (mobile) 

Do you have any suggestions?
