I want to upload photos from ONE computer to dropbox. I have 3 lines, 20 mb up each line. Will the TL R480T+ combine these lines so I can use one computer and all 60 mb of upload.

Only the application of multi-stream can combine multiple lines, like P2P download. For uploading data to dropbox, it only has one destination and one stream, cannot get the speed that combine multiple lines.
