Hi vitor_a, there is already such a setting, it is rate-limiting:

You can rate-limit every device which will associate with a certain SSID by setting a rate limit for this SSID.
You can rate-limit an individual device even further as soon as this device has successfully connected to any SSID.
You can rate-limit users even further if you did set a portal-based authentication scheme which allows to identify users.

Thus, you have three possible stages for setting rate limits to control bandwidth.
