Dear @DK26,
Now I want to use CPE210 to connect a IPcam to Deco P9. But impossible

So you are trying to connect the CPE210 to Deco P9 on 2.4GHz WiFi and then feed the Internet from CPE210 to IPcam by a cable, right?
How far is the IPcam away from the CPE210? How far is the CPE210 away from the Deco P9? Any obstacles?
Would the CPE210 in Client mode be able to detect the 2.4GHz WiFi from Deco P9? How about the signal strength?
When you use a smartphone (or laptop) standing near the location where you want to install the CPE210, are you able to get a good signal strength from Deco P9 on 2.4GHz WiFi? Please provide as much info as you can for further suggestions. Thank you.

Dear @DK26,
Do you have any advanced settings such as access control, MAC filtering configured on the Deco P9?
Have you tested with other CPE210 that you have to check if other CPEs can connect to the Deco P9 on 2.4GHz?
I can fill in the fields of Wirless Client Setting but then i click "Next", the CPE210 don't connect to the DecoP9.
Please check whether the wireless LED indicators would light up on the CPE210 after you finish the settings.
After you configure the CPE210 in Client mode, remember to change the IP settings of the PC back to DHCP(Obtain IP address automatically) and then check the connection.

Dear @DK26,
Would it help if you change the channel width to 20MHz? How about changing WDS from Auto to Disable?

Hello,
I changed the channel width to 20MHz, WDS from Auto to Disable to no avail.
I tested with another CPE 210 but not better.
After many many trying, i resolved my problem in one minute with one Ubiquiti Loco M2.
Very strange.
