Channel Utilisation high

I am getting red alert on all access points channel Utilisation high 42% and others more. Any advise?

Do you live in a densely populated area with lots of neighbor's wifi? Use a tool like Inssider to see which Wifi channels are busiest.
Was that on 5GHz or 2.4 GHz? Just one single PC client downloading or uploading ~200 Mbit/sec is enough to raise the utilization to 40-60%. Wifi's nasty little secret is that it doesn't do well with multiple, simultaneously active high bandwidth clients. And the AP and Clients all have to stop and listen to the other noise on the channel.
What kinds of speed test performance are you seeing?

No its a hotel with hundreds of eaps 245, i have 3 ssids, but the ssid used i only enabled the 2.4. there is no neighbors. All the aps have the alert.
After restarting the ap the alert disappear.
