@warllo

It only supports standard 802.3at/af POE. As I know, all TP-Link POE switches only support standard POE. They don't have passive POE switch.

The question may have been misunderstood. Can you use a Direct Access Twinax cable to link two tplink switches together?

@warllo I'm also curious about this; I bought regular SFP > gigabit ethernet adapters but would prefer the twinax/direct connect method.

(Edit) I'm running the two SFP > ethernet adapters up to my 3428 in Link Aggregation mode, 2gb throughput - and it appears to be working perfectly.

@Ken73

Would you be willing to share which sfp to ethernet adapters you used?

@warllo

You can only connect the switches with ethernet cable or SFP (also in Link Aggregation) but is not possible realize a stack.

Best Regards

@warllo Sure, this one:

I have a 3428 and a 2210MP; I bought 6 thinking I could use it for my NAS. It has two ethernet ports, was planning on doing LACP with the SFP ports but it didn't want to for some reason but works fine on regular ports.
