Reserving IPs with the OC300 Controller

I have the OC300 Controller and it is managing my Access Points. I have given each EAP600 its own static ip. .20 to .25
Even thought those IPs are reserved for my access points, I am finding other devices on the network using those IPs which is causing the Access Point to fail during the Adoption process.

What can I do, to make sure that no other devices can pick up those IPs? Can I reserve that IP space to only be used by the Access Points?

I wanna know how you make the IP is reserved for EAP (on the controller?).

And is there an Omada gateway in your Network topology?

Just striving to develop myself while helping others.
