EDITED Where can I see the WAN's DHCP lease obtained/expiry? The same with the one when you execute ipconfig /all, although for WAN links.

If you have another NAT device connected in front of this router, then you may have to go to the DHCP on the front end to see the WAN IP lease time.
The default DHCP lease time for the ER605 is 120min, which you can see on the LAN - DHCP Sever.
