I've searched the forum and scanned the manual numerous times yet cannot determine what this icon means. Out of 30+ clients, it only appreas next to my wife's laptop and the OC200. What does it signify?

The client ever accessed the controller interface will have an icon like this, as well the device itself as the manager.
As I see, this client can also be said to be used to manage this OC200.

@Virgo that's it! I had the incorrect device name entered for the MacBook MAC address. It's my laptop (not hers) and your answer makes perfect sense as it often accesses the controller. I appreciate you taking the time to reply. Problem solved.
