Hi

I have just bought 3 EAP225, added them to cloud, and they are stuck in Provisioning. 1.000.000 different reboots, resets, this and that later, same result. Any ideas?

@Jeswecan hello, It looks to me that you use outdated controller software, I guess upgrading your cloud controller to latest version would resolve your issue.

The reason may be because your EAP and your controller are incompatible. Try to use the V4 or above controller to adopt the EAP.smiley
