It is not supported at this time. This can be considered as a suggestion to the team.

  @LAMAGuru While there is no DNS over TLS support, at least the er7026 uses unbound as dns forwarder, which DOES support DNS over HTTPS and over TLS. so it is not that the software can't. the UI support is lacking as most of the security features of this devices.
