Model: EAP660 HD
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.1.0 Build 20211027 Rel. 35153

Hi. Struggling a bit with this one.

I have 2 EAP660HDs, connected to a switch with 2.5GbE. Using a self hosted speed test on a server connected to the network via 10GbE.

Clients are laptops equipped with Intel ax200 cards. Firmware is at the latest available.

For sanity checking, using a wired device on a 2.5GbE LAN port, I can achieve 2454.5Mbps Rx 2471.4Mbps Tx on the speedtest.

However, with ax clients, I can only achieve 200 - 400mbps Rx 700 - 800Mbps Tx

I've been trying numerous configurations. With one of the APs powered off to cut down on interference and the SSID changed so that only one device is connected to it.

So far, the best results I can get are with using 80Mhz channel width, WMM, Unscheduled Power Save Delivery & OFDMA enable, everything else off. I've gone through every channel available. During testing, the ax client & EAP660HD where within 5 foot of each other.

I'm in a very remote area so there's no interference from other networks.

Any tips? I'd like to be able to achieve similar speeds Rx as I do Tx.

@mg4455 I see about the same results on my 660HDs with 2 diffrent 802.11ax clients, both intel ax200 NICs

@mg4455 Go back to firmware 1.0.6.  I have reported this issue to TP-Link support, it affects both 1.1.0 and 1.1.1.  However, regardless, not sure what your expectations are.  With 80mhz channel width the best you are going to get is around 800Mbps with no interferance, close distance to AP with line of sight.

On 1.1.0 and 1.1.1 I'm noticing download speed drops into the lower double digits using 40mhz channel width.  Firmware 1.0.6 40mhz channel width I get around 407Mbps up/down with AX clients.
