Hello ! Recently I noticed that a device is not switching to 2G with a better connection from weak 5G, so I raised the signal of 5G from "medium" to "high". Now, it seems like it stopped working after a while, then started working again after a few hours. I'm wondering if I should have restarted it ?

It may be because the EAP detected the radar signal after you changed the EAP's Tx power and triggered the DFS mechanism.
