Model: OC300
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.12.1 Build 20220803 Rel.39765

Hello everyone,

The problem has been discussed here before, but I couldn't find a solution.
I have an Omada Controller OC300 together with the ER7206 I have 3 Internet accesses on this (2x active 1x backup) and a Dyndns configured for each WAN. however, the IP address is not updated on any of the WANs. Is there a solution for this ? Firmware is upto date, I restarted.

In the configuration I entered my user name, the Dyndnsname and the password. (it doesn't work with my e-mail address either)
As a test, I tested Dyndns on another device, it works there, which is not a solution for me because I have 3 Internet accesses.

Controller-Name :
Omada Controller OC300
Controller-Version :
5.5.7
Modell :
OC300 1.0
Firmwareversion :
1.12.1 Build 20220803 Rel.39765

Gateway:
ER7206 v1.0
Firmwareversion :
1.2.1 Build 20220512 Rel.77113

Thanks for the Support

Thorsten

  @ThorstenStr

It is recommended that you first confirm whether the DDNS has not been updated or the WAN IP of the router has not been updated?

  @Virgo

Hello,
the router has its unique IP address in status view on each WAN.
That's all correct.
but the status is not reported at DDNS. No changes were made in the Hostnames tab for No-IP.
Or did I misunderstand the question?

  @ThorstenStr

This router's WAN IP should not trigger the mechanism to report to this DDNS server if it remains unchanged.

Have you set the interval and what is the exact setting of the NO-IP on the controller?

Yes, I forced the IP address to change by rebooting the modem.

In the meantime, the IP has also been changed several times on the modem, but not on the Dyn dns.

In the controller I see the external IP address correctly.

The Dyn DNS can be seen at the bottom, the IP has never been updated here since the setup (yellow) but the Dyn dns works via another device (grey)

Here is a screenshot of the settings:

Thanks for reporting this issue in the community.

Since it is difficult to check the packets when the gateway is managed in controller mode, would you like to use the router in standalone mode so that we can escalate your case to the senior engineer for packet capture and analysis?

Looking forward to your response!

Best Regards!
