Hello, 

I have an issue with my new EAP650. I have 2 SSID's (Vlan 10+20) 1 for guests and 1 for my self. 

I can connect to the guest network without any problems. When i want to connect to my own network i don’t receive any IP address and i don't know why? 

When i add a new network for example on Vlan30 and with a new SSID i still get an IP address. Also when i change the VLAN from my own network i don't get any IP address. if i disable the DHCP reservation in Omada of my computer and i renew my ip my computer receive an IP address. So it's happen only if i want to connect by Wifi.

With my old EAP110 i don't have any issues.

can somebody help me out?

How exactly is this VLAN in question set up?
If a new VLAN works fine, it is likely that there is a problem with the previous VLAN settings, so recommend double-checking.

Are ACL-related entries set?

Thank you for your replay. 

 

I got 1 ACL for the guest network. 

 

What i have done yesterday evening is i have installed the EAP110 (SSID:niet jou wifi vriend) and the EAP650 (SSID:EAP650 test).

They are both on the same VLAN and i can connect with the EAP110 without any issue and when i try to connect with the EAP650 it will fail.

Is the newly created WLAN Group applied to the EAP650?
When you go to the Device details screen and select EAP650, how is the WLAN selected?
Is there a management VLAN set?

I didn't reproduce the issue on my EAP653 with a similar setup as yours, perhaps you may double check your setup.

 

It seems that you didn't create the vlan10 interface on all LAN ports, which LAN port of the router is connected with the EAP650? Is it directly connected to the eap650?

I have created a new WLAN group and assign it to the EAP but without any result. 

yes there is an management vlan set.

I have change the networks on the switch to Vlan10 but it has still the same issue. I also plugged the EAP directly into the ER605 but it has still the same failure. 

 

If turn the EAP650 off and i enable the Wlan (SSID: EAP650 test) on the EAP110 i will receive an IP address. 

Can i be an hardware failure?
