Hi I have setup an Office with 5 EAP225 and an Omada controller software version 5.6.6 on  a local PC.

There is no firmware update available for these devices yet.

The customer has found that devices are dropping connection and cant get back on the internet. 

They connect to the network but no access .

The logs show the below events

[Failed]5A-26-C4-19-C1-8F failed to connected to 9C-A2-F4-0B-D4-4E with SSID "Home" on channel 1 because WPA Authentication times out/failed.(1 time in a minute)
The LAN IP address/mask of 9C-A2-F4-0B-D3-AE were changed to 192.168.1.187/255.255.255.0.

[Failed]EA-0C-30-F7-55-6D failed to connected to 9C-A2-F4-0B-D4-4E with SSID "Home" on channel 36 because WPA Authentication times out/failed.(1 time in a minute)

I have rebooted the devices?

failed connections are not all the same device, not all the same eap, channel or at the same time.

Can you give some idea what this could be?
