Model: TL-SG108E
Hardware Version: V6
Firmware Version: 1.0.0 Build 20211209 Rel.52369

Hi all, a networking novice, so hope I can explain this well enough

Currently, I have Port 1 of my Firewalla Gold configured as a physical segment for my work systems.  Port 2 is a physical port for my home network and NAS, and Port 3 is where my Unifi AP hangs off with VLAN 40 for Guest, 60 for IoT.  Current layout is:

I've purchased a TP- Link 8-port managed switch for expansion and added capabilities and would like to have my network look more like this:

My Switch settings are:

Not sure what I'm doing wrong, but with the new config, All devices on guest network, IoT and Work (wired and wireless on VLAN80) work, but my home network goes offline.

What am I doing wrong?

Thanks in advance.

I got it sorted out.  it was a combination of not blatantly defining my AP as being managed by mny new Home VLAN (It would switch to default and end up on a defferent network and IP).  New Home VLAN wasn't defined in the swtich either.

Here's how the switch looks now and all is set and working:

  @TP_Shortage

You have not put port 5-8 in VLAN40,60 as well, only VLAN 1 is currently in.

  @TP_Shortage VLANs 40 and 60 are going to be wireless only.  They need to be assigned to ports 1 (trunk) and 2 (access point).  Ports 3 & 4 are going to be exclusive to work systems and 5-8 for NAS and other plug in only infrastructure. Do VLANs still need to be defined on 5 - 8?
