Model: OC200   ER7206 (TL-ER7206)
Hardware Version: V5
Firmware Version: 2.7.7 Build 20221206 Rel.58608

Hi:
I am looking for some assistance.

I have an OC200 and ER7206, also some Omada access points and a Omada 24 port switch.

Occasionally I am contacted by my family that the internet has went down, but Teamviewer states the one PC is online (unable to connect to it), My omada cloud service states the OC200 is online, but unable to launch and connect to it.

My wife's Citrix connection is working just fine.

I am also getting a lot of "ping" attacks from some apple devices we have connected on our network, which, i am unsure if that is causing the problems.I believe it is the iphone telemetry.

Further more.

I am unable to connect to my OC200 remotely
I have access to view my Ring doorbell remotely, and my security cameras from my cell phone while at work. but the computers (hardwired or wireless) and cellsphones are unable to access the internet.

  @RWA

Two things you may check on the Controller Log:

1. Is there anything related to the omada switch like: "xxx port is blocked"?

If so, that means there is a loop on your network, and you need to check the Ethernet cables/connections. What is a loop? For example if you connect the switch port 1 to port 2(to itself), it's a loop;

2. Is there anything related to the gateway WAN like: "WAN down"?

If so, that means the issue comes from the Modem;

If no such error, you may try to change the DNS to some public server like 8.8.8.8, on LAN settings page;

Also you need to make sure except the omada gateway, there is no other devices use IP 192.168.0.1 on your network.
