Hello,

I'm currently having DHCP Server running on my T2600G-18TS 2.0 switch, with following settings:

I've added a couple of manual bindings and everything is working ok. But now I want to change DNS for certain clients (based on mac address).

For example when the client (XX-XX-XX-XX-XX) asks for IP it should get 192.168.1.100 but instead of DNS 1.1.1.1 it should be given 192.168.1.20 (my custom DNS server)

During adding manual binding I can choose to which pool it belongs:

But I can't add second pool with the same Network address / Netork Mask:

How I'm supposed to force some clients to use diffrent DNS without setting them manualy on the device?
I can't force my whole network to my dns in case of hardware failure, also manauly setting on clients itself is not possible.

Looking forward for any suggestions.

  @Mordret

It looks like those DHCP pools are to be used with different subnets (VLANs) and only one DHCP pool per subnet. If you are not given an option to set a DNS server when you create a DHCP reservation, you simply can't do it. Your switch just does not support what you want to do. Sorry, but that's what it is.
