Thank you so much for taking the time to report the issue to our community!

1. May I know how many clients totally in your entire network?

2. Did you have the same dropped issue on wired connection?

3. How often does the internet dropout issue occur?

Please tell us how does the internet recover, automatically or need to reboot the device?

When the internet dropout, you can see and connect to the Wi-Fi without internet or the Wi-Fi disappear?

4. You can change different channel and channel width to test, please refer to this.

1. May I know how many clients totally in your entire network? 12 clients

2. Did you have the same dropped issue on wired connection? NO

3. How often does the internet dropout issue occur? at least once every day and many times more often.

Please tell us how does the internet recover, automatically or need to reboot the device? disconnect from Wifi and connecting again.

When the internet dropout, you can see and connect to the Wi-Fi without internet or the Wi-Fi disappear? The wifi connection has a ! (exclamation) and the user is informed because the phone switches to mobile data.  On Notebooks the connection is dropped constantly.

4. You can change different channel and channel width to test, please refer to this. Have tried this but since TPLink manages the channels I have not overridden this. It is using channels 6 and 11 in the 2.4GHz where there could be overlap.  Radio 5 and 6GHZ use 36 but there should be no overlap due to distance.  I also turned the 5 and 6Ghz radio off.  still the same problem.

There is another issue:
Router detected Large Ping attack from 192.168.37.37 and dropped 133 packets.Router detected Large Ping attack from 192.168.37.37 and dropped 133 packets.  These are devices that are pining the router... I do not why and perhaps this is causing the problem.

Dear @Novaspiro

Thanks for the detailed answer.

When the dropped issue occurs, are these clients getting valid IP address?

ER605 V2 has released a new firmware, you may upgrade it to have a try.

ER605 V2_2.1.2 Official Firmware (Released on Feb 14th, 2023)

I have updated the router. The problem persists. The IP is not lost since I binded the IP to the MAC-address. I will try to disable the ping attack protection to see what happens. Any other suggestion... this is the only customer I have with this issue. They all use Desktop and Laptop MacBooks. I have discussed this in other groups and all tell me that the Apple machines flood the network with traffic.
