I have the same problem, since I have upgraded to Omada 5.9.9 and installed the beta Firmware from here:

 

https://community.tp-link.com/en/business/forum/topic/600702

I get the message every 30min and moreover unfortunately without source IP.

thanks for the reply  Omada 5.9.9  Firmware update. but I need features for Mobile hotspots as Firmware 1.2.0 is available.

 

kindly advise same features are available on 5.9.9
