Hi,

I'm new to set up a VPN router and need help.

I bought a TP-Link ER605 and CyberGhost VPN service, but I can not find a place to show me how to set up TP-Link ER605 as an OpenVPN Client to connect with CyberGhost OpenVPN server. 

I tried to use a OpenVPN Client app downloaded from OpenVPN.net on Windows 11 PC and it works. I tried to use the same setting on ER605, but there is no connection established. 

Here are my info.

(1) OpenVPN Client on Windows 11 (Works)

(2) ER605 Setting

(3) CyberGhost Info

(4) openvpn.ovpn file downloaded from CyberGhost VPN

Because ER605 is behind my Verizon router which LAN address is 192.168.0.1, so ER605's WAN Port address is 192.168.0.227 and LAN port address is 192.168.1.1.

CyberGhost VPN does not give us its VPN server's IP address, only domain name, but ER605's OpenVPN Client setting does not receive domain name. I tried to use the IP address form the Windows 11 OpenVPN Clien app.

This is the first time for me to set up a VPN router. Any information and advise are welcome.
