Dropped packets

I have an AP EAP620HD v1 to this device and I see many dropped packets and errors.

I also have an AP EAP620HD v2 and it does not have this problem.

Hi, did you see these dropped packets in 2.4G band or 5G?
Does it affect the actual usage of EAP620, like it caused stuck or slow speed？
Tried to change the channel, channel width, tx power, and use the AI WLAN optimization to optimize the wireless network.

packets are being lost in both bands, if it affects the use as it is perceived slowness in some computers that connect to this device, we have made all the channel change, power and also as the optimization of WLAN with which it is counted on the Omada.
