Hi all.

When I connect the switch to power, the power led comes on, then all leds come on, and off.

The the activity leds for the connected cables (if any) come on and blink, and then they all come off, on and the cycle repeats.

I cannot access the switch through the Easy Smart Configuration utility.

What does this means, and how to correct it?

Thanks in advance

Hi @NetOssaurius

Thanks for posting in our business forum.

Would suggest you contact technical support for further help on RMA.

It seems the switch is bricked or damaged. There is no way to correct it.
