Firmware Version: 5.0.7 and 5.1.0

Im using omada cloud base controller with my 2 AP the eap225

One of my AP running 11days ago and i add new one yesterday, but today. They are both disconnected,

The two AP is in different place and different source of internet.

I can still connect to AP and access internet. But for those who want to try to access. The portal wont show up. And it says something like "connection to omada controlleris lost"

Hello @Smashlord,

 

Have you rebooted the EAPs manually for testing?

Please try to ping the EAP's IP address from the PC which running the Cloud-based Controller and check whether you can ping through it.

Do you have any VLAN or ACL settings on the controller?
