Hi I have a EAP 225-Outdoor up and running but I can only see the 5Ghz WiFi signal When I check with my Mobile.
Why cant I see the 2.4Ghz signal ?
Thanks

Hello @oldade,
Did you set the different WiFi name for 5G and 2.4G on your EAP?
You may set a separate 2.4G signal band SSID for testing. It is suggested to test it on different client devices and stand close to the EAP.
Best Regards!
