Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version:

When installing the VIGI NVR 1008H there was no video out ( HDMI / VGA ).  During the start up process there were 3 beeps.  After installing the hard drive and reboot the beeps continues and does not stop.

It beeps when it starts up. But after that, it should stabilize and work as expected.

So what you said now is a typical issue where the hard drive is either not installed properly or it is not formatted on the NVR.
