I didn't try a different browser. I did clear all the cookies and cache. Using Firefox 120. Will try Edge (chrome based) and see if it happens there.

Our controller is not hooked to the cloud, nor do we want it to be, I think the settings you show apply to the cloud account.

Edge does the same thing. Kicks me out of the GUI after 2hrs. 2hrs is probably too long for "security" reasons, i'd actually like longer. But this should be configurable I would think .

I've not changed my browser on this machine, or updated it for almost a year. it's been firefox 111. I did try to find some timeout values but they are all realted to page loading. They can't control how long before your actually kicked out of a websites login and revert to a login page only the website code can do that. I also tried Edge, and same behavoir. This is new behavoir since 5.12, it never happened in prior versions going back over a year.  I was just wondering if there was a setting in the controller to control it and I don't see one. I would think should be configurable as many organizations have different policies for this, so mabey a feature request is in order?
