In my Mac mini I can't connect the switch and I can't see the NAS.
I tries to acces http://192.168.0.1 but it doesn't work.
I use only Cat 8 ethernet cables.
I use Internet only at the Wifi network. So there isn't no Internet cable connected in the switch.
I tries the switchs Gigabit Tp-link TL-SG105 and TL-SG108. Both are plug and play but they didn't work.
I don't know what I have to do.
Are there anyone that can help me?

If you aren't using your internet connections DHCP, then you'll need another DHCP server, probably running on the NAS, to assign IP's to the NAS interface and your Mac mini.  Honestly the SG10x switches are as complicated as an ethernet cable, for debug, just use a cable between the mini and the NAS, you can insert the switch with another cable once you get things working.
