Hi,

Just bought:

1. ER605 - Router

2. TL-SG2428P - Switch

3. OC200 - Hardware controller

Hardware controller is not connected to be sure it has any affect.

Any change I try to update in Switch ( create user, update admin password, clock update, location), don't make it after reboot.

After some tries, I found there is a firmware update on your site:

After Process ended - System info shows same firmware version ( and still all updates as mentioned, are gone).

So-

1) why changes are not saved ?

2) firmware update - did went well. why ?

Hii @guyd2

Thanks for posting in our business forum.

You should click the Save button on the top right corner. Apply does not save the changes to the flash drive.

Second question you got, do you mean that you see the firmware upgrade has proceeded successfully but after the reboot, it still displays the old V5.0.4?

  @Clive_A

Thank you for your answer. I moticed that "save" button later on.

When connected OC200, upgrade was done as needed.
