Model: VIGI NVR1004H-4P  
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.0.2 Build 230530 Rel.79570n
We have confirmed that you can connect the camera and PC directly to the NVR and view the camera images.
However, when I installed an NVR and a camera in a remote location using a gateway that allows port forwarding, I was able to check the NVR screen using port 443, but I was unable to view the camera images.
I am using a C540 camera.
Verified browser with Google Chrome.

Have you added the camera?

From the local, access the IP of the NVR, will you be able to view the live view?
