ER8411 Can not forget site in Omada Cloud
Dear,
A few days ago I installed my new ER8411 (was not easy).
Everything is working fine now except one thing: The Cloud
I see 2 controllers:
Omada Controller_XXXX (Xed for security reason)
Omada Controller
When I try to forget them I receive this error message: "Need to
delete all sites of this controller before deleting this controller."
But when I launch them, it open the dashboard page without any of my
device (no ER8411, no EAP, nothing).
I don't understand what am I doing wrong

I am trying to reproduce the problem you are experiencing. If the controller has multiple sites, you cannot delete it directly and you must delete all the sites before deleting the controller.
So you can start the controller and check how many sites it has and delete them before deleting the controller.
