TlHi, I have had a tl-sg3428mp for less than a month and today it stopped working. Basically, after a power failure at the reboot the power and sys lights come on but at the end of the test phase I only stay on the LEDs of the Doors 5-6-7-8. In addition, initially the LEDs 5-6 are orange and the 7-8 green then all 4 become green

For RMA-related issues, please contact the technical support.

For the cable issue, it might be the bad cable connection. Would recommend you swap with 3ft cable for tests.
