Model: SG2210MP
Hardware Version: V7
Firmware Version:

I am trying to setup a small network for audio over ethernet using a SG2210MP.  In order to be able to manage the network wirelessly i an using an EAP 110 Outdoor.

I have setup the Swtich as a DHCP Sever and configured the pool settings - everything works fine as a wired network.  I have added the EAP in and configured the wireless network, i can connect wirelessly to the network but any connection from my latpop (only wireless client) to a device other the EAP 110 is very slow or times out - for example truign to login to the switch through a standalone web interface just times out, althoguh i can connect to it using the Omanda Controller software.  I can also ping anythign in the network but often get dropped packets.

Any ideas on whether i have missed a key step in setting up the EAP?

Hi @Nick_W

Thanks for posting in our business forum.

Please draw a diagram of your network and point out the device which you connect/test the ping or access.

From what you described now, I would assume it is the cables or the wireless signal is not okay.

I recommend you test by wire and see if this persists. If the wired connection does not experience any problems, you should take a look at your computer/wireless config. And the troubleshooting for the wired connection would be closed.
