EAP225 Error when starting omada

Hardware Version: V4

Firmware Version:

I was using EAP225 access point in my business with windows 8.1 and the Omada software was working fine.

I changed pc with windows 11 but when I start the omada application I get error (Could not start the application).

I have uninstalled java and installed it but it does not open the omada application.

Do you install Java on your computer? Please ensure Java is installed on your PC. I recommend 64-bit stable version of Java 8 or higher.In general, a high java version (we should use java 8 to run the Controller) or the incorrect java start path in windows REGEDIT might cause this issue, as the Omada Controller requires the java runtime environment to start. Here are some different solutions for resolving this issue.What should I do if I cannot start the Omada Controller in windows system (Controller 4.1.5 or above)
