Omada OC200 Reset not working - says it bound to another TP account!
We have a OC200 controller that the installer will not provide access to. Support has said to reset it, but the reset using the hardware button on the OC200 does not seem to be releasing the OC200 from the Cloud control.
Pressed it for 5 Seconds and more
unplugged it, presset reset and re-applied power.
Is there some magic trick to getting a reset to work for the OC200?

So was somehow able to get it to reset, not 100% sure what magic did it, but here are my notes incase anyone else has an issue.
1. Plug OC-200 to a new network/router that is connecte to the internet
2. Plug in and let it boot up for 5 minutes (seems to take 3-4 minutes to fully boot etc)
3. Press and Hold reset for 5-10 Secods
4. Wait 5 minutes for reboot - Check to see if cloud light is blinking slowly
If that doesn't work, do the same, but after full boot time:
- unplug,
- press and hold reset button and plug unit back in, keep holding reset for 10 seconds
- wait 5+ minutes for full boot and see if cloud light is bliking slowly.
I had to do those a few times before it seemed to take.

I'm not exactly sure because it's been a while since I had an OC200, but I think it's possible to disable the reset button on the OC200, if someone has done it then you won't be able to reset it with the button.
but you can try recovery mode, in recovery mode there is a reset button I see. it will do the same job, here is a description on how.
