Model: Omada Cloud-Based Controller

Hardware Version: V1

Firmware Version: 1.03

Hi all; I just got an Omada OC200 and would like to migrate from an existing free cloud controller. Is there a way to do this without just resetting all of my devices and site settings? There are instructions for migration on the website, but the appear to be both outdated, and to not apply to the cloud controller.

Any help is appreciated!

Below is the correct guide:

How to migrate Omada Controller with the Migration feature

For controller v5.13.11.41 and above, only the configuration file from the controller with the same first-three-part version number(Major.Minor.Patch)can be imported.

So you should first update the OC200 to the latest version and migrate.
