I have an OC200 with EAP670 and 10 Devices. But I cannot Connect with my 2.4 Ghz Devices, such as the Legrand Smart Electrical Switch and Devialet Speakers.

Can you see the clients displaying on the client page?
You may create a 2.4G-only SSID, configure the security mode as WPA-personal， or none, and not enable any advanced features to have a try.
